Each piece is designed, digitized, and meticulously embroidered in-house on our own machines. Every flannel takes approximately 5 hours of machine time plus careful hand-checking and touch-ups. We inspect every single shirt ourselves before it leaves our hands.

How to Wash

  • Turn Inside Out: Always turn the flannel completely inside out before washing to safeguard the machine-embroidery stitches and backing from surface friction.
  • Hand Wash Only: Submerge the item gently in a clean basin or sink filled with cool or cold water.
  • Use Mild Detergent: Use a small amount of gentle, liquid detergent. Avoid harsh bleaches or stain removers.
  • Do Not Scrub: Softly swirl the fabric through the water. Never wring, twist, or scrub the embroidered artwork, as this can permanently distort the machine-stitched tension.

How to Dry

  • Extract Water Safely: Lay the wet flannel flat on a clean, dry towel. Roll the towel up loosely with the garment inside and press down gently to absorb excess moisture. Do not wring or squeeze.
  • Hang Dry Only: Smooth out the fabric, reshape the shoulders, and hang immediately to air dry.
  • Avoid Direct Sun: Dry indoors or in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Keep out of direct, intense sunlight to protect the rich dyes and structural threads from fading.

Ironing & Storage

  • Iron Inside Out: Keep the flannel turned completely inside out and set your iron to a low-to-medium heat setting.
  • Use a Pressing Cloth: Never place a hot iron directly onto the front face of the embroidery design, as high-speed machine threads can melt or flatten under direct heat.
  • Proper Storage: Store your rare piece in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated closet away from moisture.
